We take steps to keep payments, accounts and the game safe.

Payments

Crypto payments are handled by a payment provider. Vex0ra never asks for your private keys or seed phrase.
We may delay, cancel or refund a purchase we believe is fraudulent, unauthorised, made by a minor, or made from a restricted location.
Only buy Play Money with funds that belong to you.

We use rate limits, connection hashing and automated checks to detect bots, multiple accounts, collusion and account takeover.
Accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, money laundering or other illegal activity are closed and, where required, reported to the authorities.
Play Money can't be cashed out or transferred outside the Service, which makes it unsuitable for moving money. Any attempt to do so is a breach of the Terms.

Computer-controlled bots in Vault Arena are provided by us. Player-run bots, scripts or automation, collusion and win-trading in Vault Arena, races or leaderboards are not allowed.
The Sportsbook is simulated and uses Play Money only. It can't be used to place real bets or move real money.
Demo Slots are third-party content in a frame. Never enter your password, recovery code or payment details into anything shown inside a demo game. We will never ask for them there.

Use a unique password and keep your recovery code private. We will never ask for your password or recovery code.
Log out on shared devices. If you think your account was accessed by someone else, change your password and contact support.
