Vex0ra is meant to be fun. Even though Play Money has no cash value, games of chance can become a habit, and spending real money on Play Money should always be a choice you are comfortable with.
Keep it healthy
- Play for entertainment, not as a way to make money. You cannot win real money here.
- Only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose, and never borrow to buy Play Money.
- Set a time and spending limit before you start, and take regular breaks.
- Don't play when you are stressed, upset or under the influence.
- Our service is 19+ only. Please keep your account away from minors.
Signs to watch for
- Spending more time or money than you planned.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you can't play.
- Playing to escape problems or to chase losses.
- Hiding your play from family or friends.
Tools you can use right now
- Responsible Gambling pages. Open Responsible Gambling in the app for tips, the signs of problem gambling, FAQs, a private self-assessment and a budget calculator. Your answers to the self-assessment and calculator stay in your browser.
- Self-exclusion. In the app, go to Self-Exclusion or open Settings. Choose a 24-hour cool-off or an extended exclusion of 1 week, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Betting in the casino games and the Sportsbook, and buying Play Money, stops straight away. You can still sign in, finish or cash out rounds and bets that were already open, and use the vault.
- You can make it longer, never shorter. This is on purpose, so a bad moment can't undo a good decision. When a fixed period ends, betting resumes by itself. A permanent exclusion can only be reviewed if you contact support.
- Limits. Demo Slots are made by third parties and use their own demo credits, so they are not covered by self-exclusion. Opening a new account to get around an exclusion breaks our Terms and we may close it.
Take a break or close your account
You can also contact support or email vaultlinesupport@proton.me at any time and we will pause betting on your account for a period you choose or close it permanently, and block further purchases. We act on these requests as soon as we can.
About the games
Every game has a built-in house edge, so over time the house keeps a share of what is staked. The Sportsbook is a simulation: its matches and results are computer-generated, not real events, and its prices include a margin. Results are random and independent: no pattern, streak or system makes a win more likely.
